Managing Director, Venture Investing

Elevation Capital is looking for a Managing Director to help turn bold ideas into reality. This role is all about execution and leadership across a variety of businesses, from luxury construction to technology ventures. What You’ll Do

• Transform the founder’s vision into actionable plans across various business units.
• Oversee construction and real estate projects from start to finish.
• Ensure all businesses operate efficiently and meet performance goals.
• Develop and implement leadership and performance systems.
• Manage legal and compliance aspects in collaboration with external counsel.
• Launch and scale new ventures as needed.

What You Need

• 5+ years of executive experience in fast-paced, multi-entity organizations.
• Strong technology skills and ability to work in a remote environment.
• Experience with design and construction projects ranging from $1M to $50M.
• Advanced knowledge in finance, budgeting, and investment strategies.
• Proven track record of working closely with founders and building trust.
• Experience in real estate, M&A, and venture integration is a plus.
