Associate, Enterprise Software Technology Investment (U.S.)

As An Associate You Will

• Play a key role in supporting all aspects of the investment cycle from deal origination, screening, due diligence, structuring and negotiation, modelling, investment memo preparation, investment committee presentations to portfolio management and exit.
• Conduct due diligence to support investment decisions via market research, competitor benchmarking, and valuations analysis.
• Establish and build effective relationships within the venture capital ecosystem, including Startups, venture funds, corporate partners, and other service providers.

Ideal Candidate We Are Looking For Is

• 3+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in a leading technology corporate, startup, venture capital/growth equity investment firm.
• Technical background and product experience is a major plus, ideally as an alum of B2B tech firms.
• Exceptionally curious and driven, with the ability to balance competing priorities, work independently and thrive in a high-performance team environment with demanding deadline.
