We’re seeking a program intern to support our present and new potential acceleration programs and mentorship program according to the acceleration program timeline, which includes workshops and activities, main events organization, and related marketing activities. The internship is paid.
How you will make the difference
The Program Intern supports the operations team with day-to-day office operations, event planning and execution, and communications activities. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, innovation and project management!
Role and Responsibilities
- Support Operations team in organizing accelerator program activities such as kick-off events, workshops, industry talks, mentorship and social activities.
- Support Operations team with event planning and execution, including coordinating with vendors and speakers.
- Work with the communication team on the editorial plan (new ideas are welcomed!)
- Collate content for each event and ensure each event runs smoothly.
- Plan events with attention to financial and time constraints.
- Support overall team with program management trackers.
Our requirements
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Currently studying or recently graduated with a degree from a top university in Business or Communications studies
- High knowledge and ability to use various computer tools (G-suite, Hubspot, Zoom, Eventbrite, Keynote)
- Ability to work in a small and dynamic team
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Good interpersonal skills
- Rigor in work & Reactivity
- Startup and entrepreneurial affinity
