President/CEO, Investing Strategy

Salt Creek Capital is looking for a seasoned President/CEO to join their team in the Los Angeles area. This role involves evaluating acquisition opportunities and leading companies post-acquisition. The ideal candidate will have extensive management experience and a strong track record in P&L management. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing firm.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate acquisition opportunities for companies.
• Oversee operations as President & CEO post-acquisition.
• Manage the full P&L of the company.
• Develop and implement growth strategies.
• Provide operational management and leadership.
• Report to and participate on the company’s board of directors.

What You Need

• At least 10 years of senior management experience.
• Prior successful P&L management or President/GM experience.
• Desire to be a business partner and manage diverse stakeholder interests.
• Proven ability to generate strong free cash flow/EBITDA.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take on significant responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of a company.
• Strong references and high integrity.
