Principal, Capital Formation & Investor Relations

This role is crucial for raising their new fund and building long-term relationships with investors. You’ll work closely with partners to drive fundraising efforts and manage investor communications. What You’ll Do

• Identify and engage potential investors across various channels.
• Organize and lead meetings with investors to drive fundraising efforts.
• Create and manage investor communications and materials.
• Oversee co-investment opportunities for portfolio companies.
• Handle investor relations and maintain strong communication with LPs.
• Gather feedback from investors to inform firm strategy.

What You Need

• You have experience in capital formation at an investment firm or placement agent.
• You have strong relationships in at least two target channels like RIAs or family offices.
• You’ve been part of a successful institutional fundraise process.
• You know how to set up or improve an investor relations system.
