Principal, Client Investment Strategy

Blackstone is looking for a Principal to join their Client Investment Strategy team. This role involves leading the development of investment content and engaging with clients to communicate complex investment themes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in investment strategy and exceptional communication skills, helping to shape the firm’s thought leadership and client engagement efforts.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the creation of thought leadership pieces and investment narratives.
• Translate complex investment themes into clear messages for clients.
• Collaborate with investment teams to align messaging with market views.
• Engage with clients to share insights and support fundraising efforts.
• Standardize content processes for consistency across the team.

What You Need

• 8+ years of experience in investment strategy or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of multi-asset and alternative investments.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles and collaborating with sales teams.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects.
• Prior experience in producing investment content.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
