What You’ll Do
- Develop new business contacts and relationships in Korea.
- Manage the sales process for new prospects.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and video conferences.
- Coordinate presentations and meetings with clients.
- Respond to R.F.P.s and R.F.I.s with the support team.
- Maintain client relationships through proactive outreach.
- Represent Hamilton Lane at industry events.
What You Need
- 12+ years in financial services with a focus on business development.
- Experience in Private Credit, Venture/Growth, or buyouts is a plus.
- Strong network within institutional investors and family offices.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
- University degree required; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
