Principal, Credit Investing

Apollo Global Management is looking for a Principal to join their Credit team in Asia Pacific. This role involves originating and structuring bespoke credit solutions across various markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in private credit and a strategic mindset to help expand Apollo’s presence in the region.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the structuring of complex credit transactions.
• Develop tailored financing solutions for various corporate needs.
• Collaborate with global origination platforms across different sectors.
• Oversee deal documentation and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely execution of transactions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development.
• Represent Apollo in client meetings and industry forums.

What You Need

• 8+ years of experience in credit structuring or private credit investing.
• Experience in M&A Investment Banking or large-cap private equity is a plus.
• Strong initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
• Proven track record in executing complex credit transactions.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Team-oriented and collaborative attitude.
