Principal, Direct Credit Investing

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Direct Credit Team in making private credit investments.
• Perform investment due diligence and credit risk analysis.
• Make recommendations to the Credit Investment Committee.
• Negotiate terms with legal teams and maintain partner relationships.
• Monitor and report on portfolio companies’ financial results.
• Supervise and develop junior investment professionals.

What You Need

• 10+ years of experience in credit risk and investment analysis.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams.
• Strong background in private credit analysis.
• Ability to conduct industry research and write clear investment memos.
