The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial real estate debt and will be responsible for leading the borrowing lifecycle, managing lender relationships, and optimizing capital structures.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the entire borrowing process from start to finish
- Monitor market trends and optimize financing solutions
- Manage loan performance and assess risks
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Contribute to capital raising and process improvement projects
What You Need
- 10-12 years of experience in commercial real estate financing in Europe
- Strong understanding of debt due diligence and transaction management
- Experience with performing and non-performing loans
- Familiarity with structured finance and loan arrangements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and market research tools
- Knowledge of European languages is a plus
