You’ll oversee fund controller teams and ensure strong financial reporting processes. What You’ll Do
- Work closely with regional business leaders to track financial performance and support decision-making.
- Assist investment teams with new business activities and fund structures.
- Oversee the fund controller team for financial reporting and investor reporting.
- Represent the APAC region in global finance discussions.
- Collaborate with global finance teams on data and process initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with external partners like auditors.
What You Need
- 10+ years in Financial Services, preferably in alternative asset management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
- ACA, CPA, or equivalent qualification is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial industry topics relevant to Apollo’s business.
- Experience in strategic finance business partnering and fund accounting.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams across locations.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex issues clearly.
