Principal, Fund Liquidity Management

Apollo Global Management is looking for a Principal to lead their Fund Liquidity Management function. This role involves overseeing financing strategies and liquidity management for credit funds. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fund financing and will work closely with senior portfolio managers to optimize financing and liquidity across various strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Manage existing ABL financing facilities and optimize their usage.
• Develop liquidity strategies and provide proactive analysis to portfolio managers.
• Oversee liquidity risk management and anticipate cash needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize financing costs and structures.
• Build a consolidated liquidity forecasting framework for all credit strategies.
• Lead financing reporting and analytics for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and mentor a new Fund Financing team.

What You Need

• 7-12 years of experience in fund financing or credit facility management.
• Deep knowledge of credit facility structures like asset-backed lending.
• Strong commercial judgment and experience advising on leverage strategy.
• Proven ability to work with senior portfolio managers and business leaders.
• Experience building and leading teams effectively.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA or CPA is a plus.
