Principal, Insurance and Operational Due Diligence

KKR is looking for a Principal to lead their Insurance and Operational Due Diligence efforts in New York. This role involves coordinating the operational due diligence process and ensuring effective communication with institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in due diligence and a strong understanding of the asset management industry.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the operational due diligence process for clients and consultants.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather operational information.
• Host operational due diligence meetings with clients.
• Maintain and update due diligence materials and questionnaires.
• Prepare RFPs and RFIs related to insurance-focused strategies.

What You Need

• 10+ years in due diligence, investor relations, or related roles.
• Experience with institutional investor operational due diligence.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of asset management and operational risk frameworks.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required.
