What You’ll Do

What You Need

• 8–12+ years of experience in investment banking, credit investing, or capital markets.
• Proven track record of leading transactions in credit markets.
• Strong skills in credit analysis and financial modeling.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and lead projects.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Highly motivated with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
