Principal, Investment Management

TTA is looking for an Investment Management Principal to join their team in Brussels. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the investment process, from initial contact with managers to presenting cases to the Investment Committee. You’ll have the chance to shape the future of TTA’s product offerings while working closely with a small, dedicated team. What You’ll Do

• Lead two product investment cycles each year
• Source and map leading private equity managers
• Screen inbound funds and triage opportunities
• Conduct due diligence, including financial analysis and reference checks
• Prepare and present investment cases to the Investment Committee
• Monitor portfolio funds and contribute to reporting
• Attend private equity conferences to build your network

What You Need

• Master’s degree in economics, business, or similar
• 4-5 years’ experience in private equity fund selection or related fields
• Strong financial acumen and sound judgement
• Ability to explain complex ideas simply
• Fluent in English; another European language is a plus
• Self-driven and comfortable taking ownership
• Integrity and humility in decision-making
