Principal, Investment Specialist

Pantheon is looking for a Principal, Investment Specialist to join their team in New York. This role is perfect for someone with extensive private equity experience who can effectively communicate complex investment strategies to investors. You’ll be working at the intersection of investments, fundraising, and investor relations, helping to grow their evergreen private equity funds.

What You’ll Do

• Be the go-to expert on Evergreen Funds’ strategy and performance.
• Work closely with investment teams to understand portfolio dynamics.
• Lead presentations to investors, clearly explaining strategies and performance.
• Create high-quality written materials for investor communications.
• Analyze fund performance and support investor discussions.
• Collaborate with various teams to support product development.

What You Need

• At least 10 years of experience in private equity.
• Strong understanding of private equity fund structures.
• Excellent presentation skills to engage sophisticated audiences.
• Exceptional writing skills for clear and persuasive content.
• Strong analytical skills for financial analysis and data interpretation.
• High attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
