The Principal will work closely with senior leadership and manage the investment process from start to finish. What You’ll Do

• Find and develop new investment opportunities in key areas.
• Lead investments from sourcing to execution and beyond.
• Create investment theses and memos for review.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Build financial models and perform deep analytical work.
• Support portfolio companies with strategic initiatives and performance tracking.

What You Need

• 4-6+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or growth equity.
• Experience leading investments from start to finish.
• Ability to source or originate investment opportunities.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Interest in energy, infrastructure, materials, or related sectors.
• Detail-oriented with a strong ownership mentality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
