Principal, Portfolio Management

What You’ll Do

• Design and produce customized client and investor reports.
• Lead advanced portfolio analytics and risk assessments.
• Contribute to investment committee processes and track decisions.
• Develop frameworks for investment screening and evaluation.
• Partner with sector analysts on underwriting and restructurings.
• Maintain oversight of investment activity and identify risks.
• Coordinate on credit-platform initiatives and represent portfolio management.
• Drive cross-functional projects and mentor junior team members.

What You Need

• 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or buy-side roles.
• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Proactive attitude and ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong interest in Corporate Credit.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg.
• MBA/MS is a plus.
