$1100B Blackstone is looking for an experienced External Wholesaler to join their Private Wealth team in Toronto. This role involves driving sales of alternative investment products and building relationships with financial advisors and private banks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment sales and a deep understanding of alternative investments.
What You’ll Do
- Drive sales of Blackstone’s alternative investment products to financial advisors and private banks
- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet asset-raising targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners
- Deliver presentations and educational sessions on Blackstone’s strategies
- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes
- Travel across Toronto and assigned regions to meet clients
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 15+ years of external wholesaling or institutional sales experience, preferably in alternatives or private markets
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of alternative investments and portfolio construction
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams
