Principal, Private Wealth Solutions Sales

Hamilton Lane is looking for a driven salesperson to join their team as a Principal in Private Wealth Solutions Sales. This role focuses on driving sales across intermediary private wealth channels in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. You’ll be responsible for managing a sales territory, building relationships with financial advisors, and providing valuable market insights and investment solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow a sales territory in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.
• Drive sales through prospecting and building relationships.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and video conferences with clients.
• Collaborate with senior team members for prospect meetings.
• Provide market insights and portfolio construction guidance.
• Uncover and qualify new sales opportunities.

What You Need

• 5+ years of experience in financial services sales.
• Strong relationships in RIA, Wirehouses, and Independent Broker Dealers.
• Experience in private markets is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Management, or Communication.
• Series 6 or 7 and 63 required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong priority management skills.
