- Solid understanding of statistics and applied math.
- Ability to communicate effectively with traders and senior stakeholders.
- Experience in identifying opportunities and driving projects to completion.
- Exposure to AI and ML is a plus.
- Degree in a quantitative field like Mathematics or Computer Science.
