Principal, Special Projects Group

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consulting or project management and will work closely with senior leaders to tackle complex business challenges. What You’ll Do

• Lead and structure projects from start to finish.
• Advise senior leadership on strategic initiatives and organizational effectiveness.
• Work with teams to solve complex business challenges.
• Translate firm strategy into actionable initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations for key initiatives.
• Support decision-making with clear analysis of options.
• Prepare materials for executive-level discussions.
• Manage integration strategies for acquisitions.

What You Need

• 8-10 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in insurance, M&A, or financial services is a must.
• Proven track record in managing large, complex projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new topics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
