Principal, Strategy Client and Investor Technology

Ares Management is looking for a Principal to lead the strategy for their Client Platforms Technology. This role involves working closely with business leaders to define technology needs and ensure that client-facing systems are effective and reliable. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management and a deep understanding of the asset management client lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with business leaders to turn their goals into technology solutions.
• Focus on ensuring platform stability and a great client experience.
• Work with engineering and product teams to deliver on the technology strategy.
• Oversee product managers to keep everything aligned and on track.
• Build and lead a strong product management team.

What You Need

• 8+ years of experience in technology and product management.
• Strong understanding of the client lifecycle in asset management.
• Proven success in leading product management teams.
• Experience working with senior business and technology leaders.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing, and analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Engineering or Computer Science background is a plus.
