Principal, Structured CRE/BPL Resi Desk Strat

Apollo is looking for a Principal to join their Global Investment Insights team, focusing on structured commercial real estate and business-purpose residential loans. This role involves building cash flow models and providing quantitative analytics to support investment decisions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in structured credit and a strong understanding of real estate fundamentals. You’ll work closely with investment teams and have the opportunity to integrate AI into your analytical processes.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain cash flow models for various loan pools.

What You Need

• Significant experience in structured credit or quantitative analytics.

• Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts.
