What You’ll Do

• Lead the entire syndication process from start to finish.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
• Manage investor targeting and build demand for opportunities.
• Organize and lead investor communications and diligence sessions.
• Oversee documentation and closing execution for syndication deals.
• Maintain a well-organized data room for each opportunity.
• Build and maintain investor intelligence for better targeting.
• Help design standardized syndication procedures for efficiency.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in private markets or related fields.
• Experience managing complex transactions from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of institutional investor needs.
• Excellent communication skills for leading investor calls.
• Proven ability to build relationships with investors and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
