This role involves sourcing and evaluating early-stage investment opportunities, leading due diligence processes, and providing strategic guidance to portfolio companies. What You’ll Do

• Source and evaluate early-stage investment opportunities through networking and market research.
• Lead due diligence processes, including financial modeling and market analysis.
• Structure term sheets and negotiate investment terms with founding teams.
• Serve on portfolio company boards and provide strategic guidance.
• Drive value creation initiatives like business development and talent acquisition.

What You Need

• 7-10 years of experience in venture capital, growth equity, or investment banking.
• MBA from a top-tier institution or equivalent experience in technology investing.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, especially in SaaS metrics.
• Proven track record in deal sourcing and execution.
• Experience with enterprise software or fintech sectors is preferred.
