Asset Partners is looking for a Principal Venture Capital Investor to join their London office. This role involves sourcing and executing investments in high-growth technology companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in venture capital and experience in mentoring junior team members. What You’ll Do

• Help shape investment strategies and negotiate deals with tech businesses.
• Source and lead new investment opportunities from start to finish.
• Conduct due diligence and drive deal execution.
• Monitor portfolio performance and support management teams.
• Take leadership roles in managing existing portfolio companies.
• Mentor junior team members in the investment function.

What You Need

• 4-6 years of experience in venture capital investing.
• Background in start-ups, investment banking, or consulting is a plus.
• Strong transaction experience from a top-tier venture capital firm.
• Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Outstanding academic background, ideally in a technical field.
• Excellent collaboration skills in global environments.
• Ambitious and self-directed with strong commercial judgment.
