Principal, Venture Capital Investing

Tholus Capital is looking for a Principal to join their team in a role that focuses on sourcing and evaluating investments in emerging technologies. This position offers the chance to work closely with the Managing Partner and shape the firm’s long-term strategy. Ideal candidates will have a strong analytical background and a passion for technology and innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Source investment opportunities globally.
• Lead commercial, technical, and financial due diligence.
• Build investment theses across emerging technologies.
• Prepare investment memoranda and present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
• Support portfolio companies and build relationships with founders and co-investors.
• Represent Tholus at international conferences and industry events.

What You Need

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, or Technology.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Curiosity about technology, geopolitics, and industrial innovation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
