-- YZR Capital is looking for a Principal in Venture Capital to join their team in Munich. In this role, you’ll drive the investment process and work closely with portfolio companies in the health tech sector. You’ll have the opportunity to shape investment strategies and contribute to a rapidly growing firm that is making a significant impact in the industry.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the investment process from sourcing to closing
- Present deals to the investment committee and build strong cases
- Act as a board observer or take board seats for portfolio companies
- Develop and test investment theses in health tech
- Enhance YZR’s platform through research and initiatives
What You Need
- Strong entrepreneurial and analytical mindset
- 5+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or related fields
- Proven track record in deal sourcing and execution
- Passion for health tech and new business models
- Excellent communication skills in English, with good German knowledge (B2+)
