Principal, Venture Development

Enpal is looking for a Principal in Venture Development to join their team in Berlin. In this role, you’ll optimize operations processes and drive improvements across the supply chain. You’ll work closely with various stakeholders and lead projects that enhance efficiency. What You’ll Do

• Optimize and standardize operations processes across the supply chain.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement measurable improvements.
• Create analyses, dashboards, and reports for operational control.
• Define and manage key performance indicators.
• Lead end-to-end projects from scope to implementation.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders effectively.

What You Need

• 3-4 years of experience in operations or supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in stakeholder management and clear communication.
• Familiarity with KPI setup and reporting tools.
• Fluent in both German and English.
