Professional, Capital Raising Operations

EQT is looking for a Capital Raising Operations Professional to join their team in Chicago. This role involves managing the operational aspects of new fundraises and enhancing the investor experience. You will work closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance while driving process improvements.

What You’ll Do

• Lead operational discussions with clients and the Capital Raising team.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for distributors and platforms.
• Guide investors through product terms and documentation.
• Partner with legal and compliance teams for regulatory alignment.
• Manage subscriptions, redemptions, and communications with transfer agents.
• Oversee trading platform setup and monitor trades monthly.
• Handle investor queries and client service tasks.
• Drive improvements to onboarding processes.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in private equity, asset management, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with US trading platforms and automated trading processes.
• Strong knowledge of trade processing, subscriptions, and repurchases.
• Experience working with transfer agents and legal documentation.
• Ability to thrive in an international and dynamic environment.
