The Senior Analyst role at Carlyle’s Global Private Equity Fund Management team is a key position that supports financial analysis and strategic planning. You’ll be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights and managing the budget and forecasting processes. This role offers a chance to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to high-impact initiatives within a dynamic investment firm.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain financial models for planning and budgeting
  • Track budget-to-actual performance and analyze variances
  • Facilitate annual budget and reforecast processes
  • Develop multi-year financial forecasts
  • Create presentation materials for business reviews and investor communications
  • Support long-term planning and growth initiatives
  • Collaborate on ad hoc analysis and materials
  • Participate in department-wide initiatives and process improvements

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and storytelling abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and proactive problem-solving approach
  • Familiarity with data tools and technology
