What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain financial models for planning and budgeting
- Track budget-to-actual performance and analyze variances
- Facilitate annual budget and reforecast processes
- Develop multi-year financial forecasts
- Create presentation materials for business reviews and investor communications
- Support long-term planning and growth initiatives
- Collaborate on ad hoc analysis and materials
- Participate in department-wide initiatives and process improvements
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Exceptional PowerPoint and storytelling abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity and proactive problem-solving approach
- Familiarity with data tools and technology
