The Senior Analyst role at Carlyle involves coordinating reporting and valuation processes for portfolio companies in Japan. What You’ll Do

• Coordinate reporting and valuation processes for portfolio companies.

• Support the valuation process and prepare valuation reports.

• Assist with investor relations and prepare responses for LP inquiries.
• Lead projects to enhance reporting and technology.

What You Need

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in an analytical or financial role.
• Strong accounting or financial background.
• Fluent in both English and Japanese.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• High integrity and confidentiality.
