What You’ll Do
- Coordinate reporting and valuation processes for portfolio companies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial data.
- Support the valuation process and prepare valuation reports.
- Manage execution of documents during deal processes.
- Assist with investor relations and prepare responses for LP inquiries.
- Lead projects to enhance reporting and technology.
What You Need
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in an analytical or financial role.
- Strong accounting or financial background.
- Fluent in both English and Japanese.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- High integrity and confidentiality.
