Senior Analyst, Global Credit Finance

The Carlyle Group is looking for a Senior Analyst to join their Global Credit Finance team. In this role, you’ll support accounting, financial reporting, and fund monitoring. You’ll work closely with investment professionals and help prepare reports for investors. This position offers a great opportunity to grow your career in a leading investment firm.

What You’ll Do

• Review quarterly fund closes and financial statements.
• Assist in structuring and monitoring investment transactions.
• Prepare reports for investors and conduct performance analysis.
• Manage fund capital needs and expenses.
• Coordinate with the Investor Relations team for ad hoc requests.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree is a must, a Master’s in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in private credit or public accounting.
• Experience with private equity or credit investment is preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting for credit products is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
