Senior Analyst, Global Credit Operations

The Senior Analyst role at Carlyle focuses on the Private Credit business, working closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations from funding to exit. You’ll be involved in trade settlements, cash management, and deal execution, making it a dynamic position. What You’ll Do

• Review and distribute information on corporate actions and amendments
• Handle trade settlements and internal transfers across asset classes
• Assist in technology and process enhancement initiatives
• Coordinate with various teams for deal execution
• Manage cash and wire transactions to ensure liquidity
• Process investment and trade activities in the system
• Facilitate deal execution for privately held assets

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Financial Services
• Experience with Private Credit Operations preferred
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented self-starter
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively
