The Senior Analyst for the High Value Data Team at StepStone Group plays a crucial role in managing data operations related to private markets. What You’ll Do

• Manage data operations with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Lead the collection and processing of asset-level reporting information
• Work with General Partners to validate and clarify data
• Utilize AI tools to enhance data collection processes
• Support team goals and meet quality expectations consistently

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in private markets or financial services
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with DAX and Power BI
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in global financial markets
