Senior Analyst, Portfolio & Risk Analysis

The Senior Analyst in Portfolio & Risk Analysis at Carlyle Group will play a key role in analyzing and reporting on portfolio performance. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with various teams and gain insights into the private equity business. The analyst will be responsible for preparing materials for fundraising and automating reporting processes, all while contributing to the scalability of the firm’s operations.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze portfolio performance for investment teams and investors
• Prepare materials to support fundraising efforts
• Automate monthly, quarterly, and yearly portfolio reporting
• Design new performance analysis methods and reporting tools
• Improve business processes to scale operations

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with programming is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team
• Proactive and structured approach to work
