Senior Analyst, Private Credit Operations

The Senior Analyst in Private Credit Operations at The Carlyle Group plays a crucial role in supporting the Private Credit business. What You’ll Do

• Help with the deal execution process for private credit assets
• Manage cash and wire transactions to ensure liquidity
• Compile reports for different areas within the firm
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth operations
• Review and maintain asset-level data
• Assist in technology and process improvements

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in Financial Services preferred
• Knowledge of credit asset classes is a plus
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented and self-starter
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication skills
