$80B ICONIQ is looking for a Senior Analyst in Valuations to join their finance team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role involves analyzing and summarizing valuation results for a diverse investment portfolio, including technology and real estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in valuations and will work closely with investment teams to support decision-making and reporting.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and summarize valuation results for investment portfolios.
- Prepare valuation memos for private equity fund investments.
- Work with appraisers for real estate property valuations.
- Maintain financial data sets for company valuations.
- Consult with investment teams for valuation feedback.
- Assist with quarterly valuation committee meetings.
- Support finance and investment teams with special projects.
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in public accounting or valuations consulting.
- Experience with debt and complex security valuation.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Familiarity with Capital IQ, Factset, or Bloomberg.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business.
- CFA, ASA, CPA, or CEIV is a plus.
- Knowledge of technology or real estate sectors is a plus.
