Senior Analyst, Wealth Investing Strategy

The Senior Analyst at General Catalyst’s GC Wealth team plays a crucial role in portfolio research and analysis. This position involves collaborating with Wealth Managers to shape investment strategies and provide insightful updates to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment management and a passion for working with high net worth clients.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct research and analysis on portfolio holdings across various asset classes
• Oversee estate planning and tax strategies for high net worth clients
• Generate performance and balance sheet reports for clients
• Collaborate with team members to manage client investment portfolios
• Provide regular market and portfolio updates to clients
• Mentor and develop junior analysts
• Identify opportunities for process improvement using AI

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in investment management
• CFA strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
