Senior Associate, Capital Markets

Millennium is looking for a Senior Associate in Capital Markets to join their London team. In this role, you’ll be involved in executing equity transactions and building relationships with key market players. What You’ll Do

• Execute various equity and equity-linked transactions across EMEA.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporates, sponsors, and advisors.
• Drive all stages of deal execution, from materials to approvals.
• Monitor key portfolio and pipeline companies.
• Represent Millennium in market interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams for market analysis and execution support.

What You Need

• 5-8 years of experience in Investment Banking, Equity Capital Markets, or similar fields.
• Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Proven maturity to engage with professionals at all levels.
• Strong judgment and understanding of risk and compliance.
