Senior Associate, CLO Product Specialist

Ares Management is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Associate to join their CLO Product Specialist team. In this role, you’ll manage cash movements and support the administration of collateralized loan obligations. You’ll work closely with various teams to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation of financial data. What You’ll Do

• Monitor daily cash activity across CLO vehicles.
• Track cash inflows and outflows to ensure accuracy.
• Support management of CLO liabilities and related activities.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders for accurate reporting.
• Reconcile reports and cash accounts against internal records.
• Assist with ad hoc analysis related to CLO performance.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in structured finance, CLOs, leveraged loans, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of CLO structures and cash waterfalls.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to reconcile complex financial data.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with large datasets.
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external parties.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
