Senior Associate, Corporate Development

What You’ll Do

• Support the Corporate Development team in valuation and due diligence for acquisitions.
• Assist in originating new strategic opportunities.

• Research current and future trends in financial services.

What You Need

• 4+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Venture Capital.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Strong strategic mindset and business acumen.
• Excellent research and communication skills.
• Superior organizational and project management skills.
• Results-oriented and self-motivated.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred.
