What You’ll Do
- Lead deal execution from start to finish
- Manage the due diligence process and liaise with third-party advisors
- Analyze and make recommendations on potential investments and acquisitions
- Work closely with senior leadership to define corporate development strategy
- Help convert strategy into actionable business cases
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in finance, transaction accounting, or related fields
- Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience is also acceptable
- Experience leading investment, M&A, and due diligence processes
- 2+ years of project leadership experience
- Strong analytical and business acumen skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
