Senior Associate, Corporate Strategy (HR M&A and Transformation)

Ares Management is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Corporate Strategy Group. This role focuses on Human Capital M&A and Transformation, where you’ll help drive strategic initiatives and enhance enterprise value. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and various teams to execute important growth and integration projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of the firm while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Support the evaluation and execution of acquisitions and growth initiatives.
• Develop analyses and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Manage HR integration programs from pre-close to post-close.
• Drive alignment across teams to achieve integration objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement organizational transformation initiatives.
• Manage complex cross-functional initiatives with disciplined governance.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in investment banking, HR, M&A integration, or corporate strategy.
• Experience with complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project management skills to handle multiple workstreams.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to operate across multiple regions and cultures.
