Senior Associate, Digital Infrastructure F&A

Ares Management is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Digital Infrastructure accounting team. In this role, you’ll manage fund accounting and support various accounting initiatives as the company grows. You’ll work closely with different teams to enhance reporting practices and automate processes, all while contributing to a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Handle fund accounting for the Digital Infrastructure portfolio
• Manage capital activity, corporate actions, and valuations
• Collaborate with the Corporate Accounting team on fund billing
• Build relationships with portfolio management and investor relations
• Analyze and improve investment accounting practices
• Support global development technology and ERP implementations
• Assist with asset reporting and cash flow forecasting
• Help automate accounting and reporting processes

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• CPA or CA preferred
• Public accounting experience is a plus
• Financial services experience is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Desire for personal and professional growth
