Senior Associate, Digital Infrastructure Investments

Ares Management is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Digital Infrastructure Investments team in London. This role involves analyzing and executing investment opportunities in the digital infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and investment management, and will work closely with a collaborative team to drive successful investment outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead financial modeling and valuation for investment opportunities
• Prepare and present investment analysis to senior management
• Manage transaction processes from start to finish
• Participate in structuring and negotiating deals
• Coordinate with external advisors and partners
• Support market research and relationship development
• Document key risks and decisions in investment governance
• Assist in asset management and value creation initiatives

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
• 5-8 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or principal investing
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Strong research and due diligence skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
