Senior Associate, Direct Credit Investing

Hamilton Lane is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Direct Credit team. In this role, you’ll evaluate credit investment opportunities and conduct thorough due diligence. You’ll also create financial models and monitor existing investments. This position offers a chance to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on private markets investing.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate credit-oriented investment opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth company due diligence and industry research.
• Create and assess complex financial models.
• Monitor and report on existing investments.
• Present investment opportunities to senior executives.
• Supervise and develop junior team members.

What You Need

• At least 4 years of relevant credit investment experience.
• Strong skills in credit risk analysis and financial modeling.
• Ability to write clear and concise investment memos.
• Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work long hours and travel occasionally.
