Senior Associate, EMEA Insurance Relationship Management

Ares Management is looking for a Senior Associate to join their EMEA Insurance Relationship Management team. In this role, you’ll help create tailored solutions for insurance companies while supporting the growth of assets under management. You’ll leverage your expertise in insurance balance sheets and quantitative modeling to drive new strategies and manage client relationships effectively.

What You’ll Do

• Support the EMEA Relationship Management team in structuring solutions
• Help grow assets under management with EMEA insurance companies
• Generate new ideas for insurance-friendly asset strategies
• Manage processes from origination to execution

What You Need

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience focused on insurance
• Strong knowledge of insurance balance sheets and Solvency II
• Excellent quantitative modeling skills
• Fluent in English; another European language is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; coding skills preferred
