Senior Associate, Growth Equity Investing

ABS Capital is on the lookout for a Senior Associate to join their growth equity investment team. This role is all about diving into the investment process, from sourcing deals to engaging with portfolio companies. If you have a knack for financial modeling and a passion for helping businesses grow, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do

• Source and research potential investment opportunities
• Conduct financial modeling and due diligence
• Engage actively with portfolio companies
• Work closely with management teams to help scale businesses
• Participate in the full investment lifecycle

What You Need

• 2–3 years of investment banking experience
• Strong financial modeling and transaction execution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to assess business models and articulate a clear investment thesis
• High attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
• Sound investment judgment
• Willingness to work in person in Washington, DC or Hunt Valley, MD
